Laughter & Tears Skull Decision Coin

Life is full of choices—sometimes it’s laughter, sometimes it’s tears. This double-sided brass decision coin captures both in a strikingly detailed, hand-engraved style.

One side features a grinning skull with radiant sunburst lines, engraved with the word “LAUGHTER.” The reverse shows a somber skull shedding tears, etched with the word “TEARS.” Together, they embody the balance of emotions, making this piece both symbolic and powerfully aesthetic.
